April 28th : Tuesday 7 pm - 9 pm
For: Adult Leaders, MSC’s, SEC’s and chaperones (Captains of 10) involved with youth movement in the CC regarding all safety / logistics coordination to and from stage.
Parking: Carpools with 4 or more youth can use the Conference Center Parking Garage on West Temple. Vehicles with less than 5 occupants need to find other parking.
*May 12th ( ONLY if needed)
*30 Segment Safety and Logistics, blocking walk – thru (with youth dancers and adults leaders)
May 8th & 9th
For: All cast ( except choir) and Adult Leaders ( Captains of 10) and SEC’s involved with youth movement in the CC.

Please arrive 30 minutes before Seat Time. Meet at door #12. Organize your ENTIRE stake group and enter building as one group to be in seats 15 minutes prior to your start time. Purpose: Block and logistics for all seating, group movement, transitions between numbers, including running the numbers.
Parking: Carpools with 4 or more youth can use the parking lot on the Northwest corner of 3rd West & So. Temple, unless otherwise noted on a parking pass. Vehicles with less than 5 need to find other parking.
