Revised 4/24 Conference Center Schedule

*Adult Leaders Orientation and safety walk thru :
April 28th : Tuesday 7 pm - 9 pm

For: Adult Leaders, MSC’s, SEC’s and chaperones (Captains of 10) involved with youth movement in the CC regarding all safety / logistics coordination to and from stage.

Parking: Carpools with 4 or more youth can use the Conference Center Parking Garage on West Temple. Vehicles with less than 5 occupants need to find other parking.

*May 12th ( ONLY if needed)

*30 Segment Safety and Logistics, blocking walk – thru (with youth dancers and adults leaders)
May 8th & 9th
For: All cast ( except choir) and Adult Leaders ( Captains of 10) and SEC’s involved with youth movement in the CC.
Parking: Carpools with 4 or more youth can use the Conference Center Parking Garage on West Temple. Vehicles with less than 5 need to find other parking.

Stake Groups – Friday May 8 7pm-8:50 pm - WJ Oquirrh & Magna East
Stake Groups --Saturday May 9 12:00 noon – 1:50 pm - Kearns West & Magna Central
Stake Groups --Saturday May 9 1:00pm – 2:50 pm - Kearns West & Magna Central
Stage Time = 50 minutes of entrance/exit to stage; blocking onstage
(mandatory exit offstage at concluding time)
Seat Time = 50 minutes of time practicing at seats and movement through hall to stage
(but not entering stage until stage time)
Please arrive 30 minutes before Seat Time. Meet at door #12. Organize your ENTIRE stake group and enter building as one group to be in seats 15 minutes prior to your start time. (SECs, Directors, Captains you will need participant lists to make sure you have everyone. Get used to it, you will need to do this several times.)
All groups must exit the parking garage immediately after their stage time. Parking is a huge issue and the next group needs to use the spaces.

*Saturday, May 16 – Safety & logistic walk-thrus primarily for groups not accommodated on
May 5-9 ( Choirs/ Asian/ Specialty #)

For: Large Choir youth participants, music directors, youth leaders and SEC’s adults involved with managing choirs. (This is just for the Large Celebration Choirs—does NOT involve the members of the dance numbers.

Time: 8:00 am – 11:00 am DRAPER CHOIR ONLY
11:30 am –12:30 pm DRAPER SPECIALTY
12:30 pm - 1:30 pm OM SPECIALTY
1:30 pm - 4:30 pm OM CHOIR ONLY
5:00 pm - 6:15 pm DRAPER ASIAN
6:30 pm - 7:45 pm OM ASAIN

Where: Conference Center

Purpose: Safety and logistic walk-thru and placement of Opening, Finale for large choirs; Specialty number; and Asian number

*Thursday, May 21 Full cast ( minus choirs)
For: OQUIRRH MT. CAST ONLY: All youth involved in the 15 Stake groups dance numbers, All dance directors, wardrobe directors, youth leaders that will be helping, SEC chairmen, MSC chairmen, stage managers, artistic directors team (the youth large choir will not need to be there)
Time: 5:30 – 10 :00 pm Notice, this time has been changed.
Where: Conference Center
Purpose: Block and logistics for all seating, group movement, transitions between numbers, including running the numbers.
Parking: Carpools with 4 or more youth can use the parking lot on the Northwest corner of 3rd West & So. Temple, unless otherwise noted on a parking pass. Vehicles with less than 5 need to find other parking.

*Tuesday, May 26 - TECH Rehearsal
For: Tech team, (AV, Lighting, Sound. Effects, Set & Prop transitions) (Specialty Dance group, special individual actors, and brass playing instrumentalists will be on call and will be notified of time to arrive) (NO OTHER CAST except as noted).
Time: 4:00 – 10:00 pm
Where: Conference Center
Purpose: Tech rehearsal, Q to Q

*Thursday, May 28 – FULL DRESS
For: OQUIRRH MT. DISTRICT ONLY: ENTIRE CAST AND SUPPORT TEAM – apx 7000
Time: 5:30 – 10:30 pm
Where: Conference Center
Purpose: Dress rehearsal for OQUIRRH MTN DISTRICT
Parking: Carpools with 4 or more youth can use the parking lot on the Northwest corner of 3rd West & So. Temple, unless otherwise noted on a parking pass. Vehicles with less than 5 need to find other parking.

May 30th OM Youth Celebration - 7pm – Call Time: 5:00pm in costume
Parking: Carpools with 4 or more youth can use the parking lot on the Northwest corner of 3rd West & So. Temple, unless otherwise noted on a parking pass. Vehicles with less than 5 need to find other parking.
