CHOIR WARDROBE information follows: Aloha
After quite a bit of consideration about what the choir will wear, here is what has been decided:

The boys will wear a long sleeved white dress shirt, conservative tie, black dress pants, and black dress shoes.

The girls will wear a white, collared blouse, black skirt and black shoes. Please make sure the girls have a modest neck line. They may wear a long sleeved or modest short sleeved blouse.

Because the choir will be seated on the main floor of the conference center (next to all the General Authorities) and standing when they sing, we wanted to see them as well as possible. The white shirts/blouses against their faces will help the lighting folks at the conference center a lot. This choir will be a powerful sight when they stand to sing.

We will be having auditions for the "Come to the Mountain of the Lord" solos on Saturday, May 2 in the morning. We are firming up the best way to handle sign ups, etc. Please let your youth know the date and encourage them to keep checking (and reading) the blog for how to sign up and what will be required at the audition.
